Brad Goble
Director of Broking
Brad has 13 years insurance experience focusing on the personal lines sector. He first started at Hastings Direct as an Insurance Representative and progressed onto management and training roles. He has been working for Ashley Page since 2022 and is nowthe Directo pf Broking at the Hedon Insurance.
He really enjoys problem solving to make sure clients get the best policy tailored to their needs and specific requirements. Everyday in insurance is completely different which makes each day challenging, engaging and fulfilling. Outside of work he is either watching the snooker/football or spending time with my family.
Karen Verschoor-Lowe
Director
Karen has over 30 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. Starting at Cooperative Insurance in 1989 as an office junior, working her way up to Office Manager and then onto Divisional Trainer travelling around the UK, training office staff and advisors the complex nature of Personal Lines Insurance.
Karen joined Hedon Insurance in 2006.
No two days are the same which keeps things interesting and enjoyable. Being able to assist clients in ensuring they get the right cover for their needs is a very satisfying part of her job.
When not at work, Karen enjoys socialising with friends and loves a holiday in the sunshine with long walks and plenty of refreshment breaks!

Kerry Abblett
Kerry joined Hedon Insurance in August 2021. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them with all their insurance queries. Kerry worked in Customer Services for over 20 years with a focus on giving excellent customer service at all times.
In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, going out walking, baking, and watching her favourite team, Hull FC at the MKM stadium and occasionally Hull City.
Katryna Longley
Katryna joine Hedon Insurance in 2021, having previously worked within a similar industry. She's a bubbly person who enjoys reading, movies and socialising with friends & family. Katryna LOVES Christmas and her ideal holiday would be going to Lapland with family and spending a white Christmas next to a roaring fire listening to Christmas music.
Ann Sheppard
Ann joined Hedon Insurance in 1981 and is officially Hedon’s longest serving employee! Her spare time is spent with family and friends and she loves going to the cinema, reading and listening to music.
Cheryl Noman
Cheryl started working in Insurance as an office junior and has now been in the industry for 30 years. She joined Hedon Insurance in 2010 and has been a personal insurance advisor since then. Away from the office she loves watching films and spending time with friends and family.
Debbie Bigby
Debbie has worked in insurance for over 30 years and joined Hedon Insurance in 2015.
She really enjoys meeting and helping clients. Debbie deals with all types of personal insurance.

Rebecca Power
Rebecca is super excited to be working for Hedon Insurance. Originally from Goole she moved to Hull to study Criminology at the University of Hull. Before coming to Hedon Insurance, she worked in a handful of busy bars in the city centre but soon wanted to settle down with a proper job.
Mike Brown
Mike joined Hedon Insurance Hull team in August 2021 after working in Newcastle for a large supermarket’s insurance and banking section.
Initially, he was the friendly voice in their call centre dealing with all aspects of motor insurance before he opted for a quieter, administrative role in their back office.
In his spare time (when not in the pub) he enjoys spending time with my family.
Lisa Griffiths
Lisa began her career in the insurance industry shortly after leaving school, gaining experience with several local brokers. After having her daughter in 2003, she spent some time supporting her daughter's nursery and school before a career break. Following a period working in retail, Lisa returned to the insurance industry, bringing with her nearly 20 years of combined experience. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, walking, biking, and spending quality time with her daughter and friends.
Lucy Martin
Before joining Hedon Insurance in September 2023, Lucy completed a degree in Psychology while working in retail. She enjoys the customer interaction at work and finds joy in being able to help others. In her downtime, she loves spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and one of her favourite pastimes is watching horror movies - she is on a mission to watch them all.
Kirby Hutchinson
Kirby Hutchinson joined the Cottingham office after finishing her GCSEs. Kirby tried hairdressing but decided to look for an alternative career path and came across Hedon Insurance and we are very pleased she did.
