New Director of Broking

Brad joins us from London, bringing with him over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on personal lines. 

 

 

Brad’s career began at Hastings Direct, where he quickly progressed from Insurance Representative to management and training roles. Most recently, he worked for Ashley Page, further honing his expertise in securing insurance solutions for clients with complex needs. Brad has built a reputation for finding hard-to-place policies - helping clients who may have struggled to obtain coverage due to negative claim histories or convictions. His problem-solving skills and dedication to tailoring policies to individual requirements make him a valuable addition to our team. 

 

 

Brad says, “Every day in insurance is different, which makes the work both challenging and fulfilling. I really enjoy solving problems to ensure our clients get the best policy for their unique needs.” Outside of work, Brad is a keen snooker and football fan, and enjoys spending quality time with his family. 

 

 

Brad’s arrival brings a fresh perspective to Hedon Insurance, where he joins a friendly and welcoming team. Fun fact: he’s outnumbered six to one by his female colleagues! This dynamic only adds to the positive, supportive atmosphere our clients have come to expect.
