This transition not only allows us to be more environmentally conscious by significantly reducing paper usage, but it also helps us streamline our operations and reduce costs. By minimising our reliance on traditional mail, we're taking a proactive step towards a greener future while maintaining the high standards of service you've come to expect from us. 
 
Hard copies will be available upon request, or to those without an email address.
