Meet Danielle, New to our Cottingham Office

Before joining Hedon Insurance, Danielle worked as a Warranty Advisor at Wren Kitchens. In this role, she assisted clients over the phone and via email by addressing enquiries, processing replacement products, and managing customer complaints.
Prior to her position at Wren Kitchens, Danielle was Store Manager for WHSmith at both the Hull and Scunthorpe locations. During her time in this role, she worked with Lucy, who has also recently joined our Hull branch.
At WHSmith, Danielle’s responsibilities included overseeing the general operations of the store and ensuring the well-being of the staff. Before her managerial role, she spent six years at the Post Office within Smith's, serving as a counter clerk and travel specialist.
Danielle is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge in the insurance industry. She is thoroughly enjoying her new role at Hedon Insurance and is excited to be part of the team.
To get to know Danielle, she has answered the following questions:
Favourite performers? Ed Sheeran. I have seen him in concert several times and have travelled with my son to see him all over the UK.
Favourite place in the UK? Newquay. I have been several times and I just love it down there. We also have a camper van and plan to visit the coast again.
Favourite place in the world? Any where hot – Benidorm is my favourite at the minute.
Mostly found doing? Spending time with my dog along with watching Friends repeatedly on Netflix.
Dream gig? I don’t really have a dream gig but would definitely like to see Ed Sheeran again I think he is touring in Europe next year, cheeky trip to Tenerife to see him.
Karaoke song (if you had to)? Riptide – Vance Joy.
What do you like doing in your spare time? Spending time with family, friends and dog walks.
