Welcoming Lucy to the Hull Office

We would like to introduce our new recruit, Lucy Martin who has joined our Hull office with a strong background in customer service.
Whilst at University, Lucy worked at WHSmith as a Sales Assistant. She also worked within the Post Office within WHSmiths, as a Counter Clerk, helping customers with travel insurance, currency exchange, general enquiries, and banking.
To gain further experience Lucy then started working at Wren Kitchens as Customer Care Advisor, helping clients both over phone and by email, responding to enquiries, processing replacement products and dealing with any complaints.
Having joined Hedon Insurance, Lucy is glad to be part of the team and feels very happy working here.

Favourite performers: The 1975, I’ve seen them a couple of times and will be seeing them again in February!
Favourite place in the UK: I haven’t actually visited many places around the UK to have a favourite.
Favourite place in the world: I haven’t been yet but Hawaii is on my bucket list.
Mostly found doing: Binge watching TV shows.
Dream gig: If Freddie Mercury was still alive it would be amazing to go to a Queen show.
Karaoke song (if you had to): Don’t Stop Believin' by Journey
Current TV box set: ? I can’t think of any one particular series I enjoy trying everything! I’m always rewatching Vampire Diaries though.
What do you like doing in your spare time? I like spending time with my family and partner, and going to Wetherspoons for a couple of pitchers!
